[TC11.55rc5] Custom colums editor: tab order of "Add column" seems wrong

While pressing Tab repeatedly in the custom colums editor, "Add column" comes before the controls directly above it, which seems wrong.

Indeed I'm moving these buttons to the bottom in search (plugins tab) and change attributes. I will do this also in the custom columns editor.

This should be fixed in RC6, please test it!

Tested OK using TC 11.55rc6 32-bit and 64-bit.
